I have reached week 10 of my plant growth and decided to pull one of the roots out. They look amazing and Im very successful at growing these. I still have no idea on how to prepare them for consuming but I dont think Im going to eat any of them. They look smaller than I expected them to be but thats just how they are suppose to look. I would like to grow another batch to see if I can grow them better. There were absolutely no problems besides the insects eating the leaves of my plants, so there is nothing to complain about. Im happy to see my project be a success along with everyone else who did this project.
