Finally Have a Sprout
I finally have a sprout!!! The garlic that was planted has sprouted. It got a little cold lately so the plant is on top of the fridge. It is warmer up there. The other plant that I planted was eaten by my friends dog so now I just have this. I am really excited that this sprouted. This article that I read said that when you plant from a clove that it needs to be done eithin 24 hours because the roots inside the clove die. I broke the bulb open to get the clove and immediately planted it in soil then watered it. I can't wait to see how big it will get and then to transplant it to my backyard. The sprout is about as as big as my finger nail.

PGP Week 7
Week 7
Alrighty well my plant is doing fantastic so far. Im thinking about the transplant this week or next im not to sure yet but i haven't decided on which plot to put it in. My roosters are now ripping my fence apart to try and get into my fenced off area of my garden which its irritating me and will make me resort to killing one as to set an example for the rest. Just kidding, but im honestly considering it. Ive looked up on how to keep my plants nice and warm so they dont die off when it starts to drop down in temperature later in the month. Hopefully everyone else is doing great with their plant. BAM CLICK THIS

PGP #7
Since I saw my plant sprout I was very excited to see it grow more and when I checked on it Sunday afternoon I realized that more of the seeds that I had planted were sprouting. As you can see in the picture I have about five or six little stems of the jalapeno chili plant. I believe that it was a good idea to put more than one seed in the soil because I have more than one stem to rely on if anything happens. I take care of my plant as if it was a pet of mine, I let it out in the morning and at night I put it back in.
PGP #6
I checked my plant on Friday and I finally saw that green coming out of the soil, it was a good sign to finally see my plant sprouting. I was pretty confident that it was going to sprout eventually but it still did worry me that it was not going to. I am very excited to see my plant grow and watch it progress through the days and weeks. I was leaving my plant outside throughout the day to get sunlight and during the night I would bring it in my sunroom from keeping it to get to cold.

Week 7 Post1
I planted my plant a couple weeks ago with some of the other
students using Mr. Kempler’s supplies. I have been watering it every day and it
unfortunately still has not grown. For this plant it requires plenty of sun and
lots of watering. It is known to take a little bit longer to sprout, so I am
hoping by taking care of it every day and watering it; it will sprout soon. I
put my plant on the window seal in my kitchen; this makes it easy to remember
to water it. I will continue to post and update the class on how my flower is
doing.
