Newest update on my mustard

So this morning my mom called me outside to see my quickly flourishing mustard seeds. They are no longer just mustard seeds or sprouts; they are almost full grown leaves! I was so interested this morning that I tore off one leaf from each plant to taste them. One of them tasted like baby green lettuce. Since I love salads, I think this will come in very handy. The other one had a hint of Dijon mustard! It was crazy! I'm hoping I can try to make that on in to actual mustard. I would love to have my own home made mustard! sounds delicious!
