Growth project

i haven't noticed any growth in my seeds.  I still don't understand why my cantaloupe didnt srout, i have planted seeds before and never had a problem.  however i am now focusing my attention on my sunflower seeds, and my mixed assortment of flowers i planted.  i water them everyday, and make sure they get enough sun. I learned that sunflowers can grow between 8-13 feet tall.  I also discovered that sunflowers attract birds and have oil that can be used in cooking.
